
The Blues announced Tuesday that they have traded defenseman Dennis Wideman to the Boston Bruins for center Brad Boyes.
WIdeman has played 55 games for the Blues, registering five goals and 17 assists for a defensive-high 22 points. Wideman was third in ice time for defenseman as well, logging 20:12 on the ice per-game.
Boyes has played 62 games for Boston, scoring 13 goals and 21 assists this season. He has 39 goals and 64 assists in his career with the San Jose Sharks and Boston Bruins.
